With a focus on the wilderness narratives in scripture and highlighting that transformation is a process and not a single flash of insight. Discussing how spirituality for young adults often feels wandering and uncertain\, we will honor that reality and open some space for the practices that help young people while they’re in spiritual wildernesses. Sources such a The Four Vision Quests of Jesus by Stephen Charleston\, The Silent Cry: Mysticism and Resistance by Dorothee Soelle\, and We Drink From Our Own Wells by Gustavo Gutiérrez will also be referenced/discussed. Come for fun\, great food\, spiritual growth\, relaxation\, meeting new friends… a great way to start the new year! \nA Little About Baird: \nBaird Linke (he/him) is a Pastor at Our Saviors Lutheran Church\, Bonner MT\, and is a theologian working on ecotheology\, young adult spirituality\, and ecological justice.
